摘要
该文基于高校人事管理视角,从观念、政策、管理三个方面分析了高校实验技术队伍的现状和存在的问题,并就如何加强这支队伍的建设进行了探讨,提出了相应的措施.笔者认为:高校应更新观念,准确定位实验技术师资队伍;要重视培养和积极引进实验技术人才,以优化实验技术队伍结构;要求真务实地制定相关政策,强化管理,奖惩分明,以激发实验技术人员的工作热情,调动他们的工作积极性.
From three aspects of concept,policy and management,the present situation and the existing problems of laboratory technical team in colleges and universities are analysed from the perspective of personnel management,then some solutions are put forward,such as renewing ideas,locating the role of laboratory technical team accurately,paying attention to the cultivation of technical talents,optimizing the structure of laboratory technical team,formulating the policies to excite the working enthusiasm and so on.
