摘要
随着我国铁路向内涵扩大再生产方式的转变,铁路运输企业迫切需要探寻一条资源节约型的发展道路。精益管理通过资源拉动、过程拉动和产品拉动,能够充分利用规模经济和范围经济的好处,实现生产线上的成本节约,为旅客货主带来价值创新。乌鲁木齐铁路局自2005年开始推行精益管理以来,综合运用资源整合、流程再造、组织优化、制度安排等多种生产管理技术,有效推进了新型节约型企业的构建进程。
With our national railway industry gradually change itseff to enlarging the production scale by improving the utility efficiency of production factors, railway transportation enterprises felt it urgent to explore a development road which is energy-saving. Lean management, realizes the cost reduction of the production line and create value for passengers and cargo owners through traction of resources, procedure and products. Urumchi railway bureau has, since the launch of lean management in 2005, applied multiple managerial approaches by combining resources integration, business process reengineering, organization optimization,system development and etc, which has effectively pushed forward the development of modern economical railway transportion enterprises.
