关于宪法权威的来源,学者主要有两种观点,即宪法权威来源于宪法的强制力和宪法的正当性。
About the origin of constitution authority, the scholars mainly have two viewpoints, namely the constitution authority originates from the compelling force of constitution and the right of constitution. The author questioned the two viewpoints and proposed his opinion ——the constitution authority originates from the constitution belief
