我国农村剩余劳动力转移障碍的分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasure on the barriers of China's countryside surplus labour forces transfer

由于农村产业领域的拓展速度与农村劳动力的增长速度形成反差,因而劳动力的过剩问题显得尤其突出。本文结合我国农村现实情况,通过对农村剩余劳动力转移中阻力的分析,提出了加快农村剩余劳动力转移的对策。

As there is a great contrast between the developing speed of ,countryside industrial domain and the growing pace of countryside labour force, the overplus of labour force becomes more and more extruding. Combing with the realism of our countryside, this paper analyzes the obstacle of Chinas countryside surplus labour force shift, and brings forward some countermeasures of expediting the shift of Chinacountryside labour force.
