建立了石化工艺加热炉反平衡热效率测算的不确定度分析数学模型,给出了分析过程和计算式,以实例计算,详细分析了影响测算结果的不确定度因素,指出了降低不确定度的方向,利用Excel软件编程简化了计算过程。

The mathematical model is built up, which is about the uncertainty analysis of anti-balance heat efficiency measurement of petrochemical technology heaters. Then with the offering of analysis process and computing mode, the uncertainty factors affecting measurement and calculation result are analyzed in detail by means of example calculation. Finally, it is pointed out that application of Excel software for program has simplified the calculating process after presentation of how to lower uncertainty.
