节能型样桶自动清洗装置可靠性设计与改进

摘要 结合生产实际,通过综合分析确定了经济合理、满足生产需要的改进方案,经过可靠性试验筛选,研制成功了节能型样桶自动清洗装置。高压、高温热水流对样桶进行冲洗,改变了传统的清洗样桶方法,每天平均清洗样桶费用由109.25元/天下降到9.8元/天,减少掺水使用量、缩短清洗样桶的时间、降低劳动强度,降低能耗,同时实现了样桶的自动清洗。 According to the practical production, improvement scheme that is not only economical and sensible, but also satisfies production demands has been determined by the comprehensive analysis. The automatic cleaning device of energy-saving sample barrel has been successfully developed after the selection of reliability tests. The sample barrel has been flushed by high pressure and high temperature water flow, which has changed the traditional cleaning methods. The average cost of cleaning sample barrels everyday has dropped to 9.8 ~ from ~109.25, with water amount reduced and the time of cleaning sample barrels shortened. Meanwhile, not only the working intensity and energy consumption have been lowered, hut also the automatic cleaning of sample barrel has come true.
