分析、计算了大型履带式推土机各工况作用在驱动轮内橡胶减振器上的载荷，根据橡胶材料疲劳失效性质，对疲劳试验程序载荷谱的编制及其强化的难题开展了研究，用所掌握的理论及实用方法成功地应用于３８６ｋＷ推土机橡胶减振器的疲劳试验。

$$$ This paper analyses the load exerted on the rubber damper installed in the driving wheel under various working state of large crawler bulldozer. Based on the characteristics of loosing the effectiveness for the rubber fatigue, the drawing up of the fatigue test load spectrum program and the difficult problems are studied, and they will be used successfully in the rubber damper fatigue test of 386kW bulldozer.
