高等级公路的监控系统是保证车辆能高速安全运行的必要条件。在介绍了高等级公路监控系统的主要功能后，对其控制、监视、情报。
The monitoring system is important to guarantee the safe travel on high grade highway. This paper analyses the main function of this system, and introduces the composition of the system.
