摘要
采用可溶性阳极电刷镀技术制备镍铁合金镀层,研究了合金元素Fe在刷镀层中的作用机理,分析了镀层的组织结构和性能。结果表明:电刷镀镍铁合金的沉积过程中存在铁元素的优先析出,符合异常共沉积理论;适当地控制镀液中的铁离子浓度,可以提高刷镀层的沉积速率,有效地减少甚至消除表面裂纹;在所研究的含铁量范围内,镍铁合金镀层都是单相(γ–Fe,Ni)面心立方固溶体结构,合金元素Fe在镀层中具有固溶强化和细化晶粒的作用;使用可溶性阳极电刷镀的方法制备出的镍铁合金镀层具有良好的摩擦磨损性能,在工程技术领域有广泛的应用。
Ni-Fe alloy coatings with varied ferrum concentration were prepared by brush plating using soluble anode. The influence of ferrum on the structure and mechanical properties of Ni-Fe alloy coating was investigated. The results indicated that the electrodeposition behavior of brush plated Ni-Fe alloy coating showed a typical feature of anomalous codeposition. With the appropriate control of ferric ion concentration in the electrolyte, the deposition rate increased and the surface crack of coating reduced effectively. At present study, Ni-Fe alloy coatings exhibited single-phase (y-Fe,Ni) structure.The brush plated Ni-Fe alloy coating displayed an excellent tribological properties which is useful in engineering and technology.
