摘要
在石化工业生产中需要测量监控加热炉或裂解炉燃烧排放气体中的氧含量。传统的分析仪为非防爆产品,同时在高温条件下使用需要复杂的采样装置,限制了仪器的使用。针对上述问题,研发了一种全隔爆型氧化锆氧含量分析仪,适用于爆炸性环境条件下各种工业锅炉和加热炉排放气体中氧含量的测量,为石油石化等危险场所的氧含量测量提供了一体化的解决方案。
The oxygen content in the gas given off by monitoring heaters and cracking heaters in the petrochemical production needs to be measured. The traditional analyzer is non - explosion - insulated product, which needs complicated sampling unit in high temperature. In terms of above problem, an explosion - insulated zirconium oxide content analyzer is developed, which supplies a systematic solution to the oxide measurement at dangerous petrochemical site.
