摘要
借鉴国内外螺旋管挤出模的优点,研制了φ160 mm螺旋管挤出模。该模具采用芯模整体旋转方式,性能稳定,使用方便,具有良好的润滑和密封性能,在实际生产中取得了良好的效果。
An extrusion die for a Ф160 spiral pipe was developed based on the advantages of other die for the same product. The die adopted a general core-die rotation mode and was characterized by stable in operation, good in lubrication and sealing performance.
