车用电控汽油机改装LPG发动机试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对Santana2000AJR型电控汽油机改装为LPG/汽油两用燃料发动机进行了试验研究。结果表明:燃用LPG较燃用汽油最大功率降低6%,最大扭矩降低12%;节能率最大可达9%,污染物排放中HC,NO_x和CO最大降低分别为60.9%,70.6%和86.3%。通过分析比较,提出LPG发动机的改进方法。 The paper introduces the bench experiment of LPG/gasoline bi -fuel engine refitted from Santana 2000 AIR electronic control gasoline engine. The experiment results show that,compared with gasoline engine, LPG engine has a lower brake powerand decreases 6% maximun power, 12% maximum torque and cuts specific fuel - consumption ratio by about 9% ,carbon hydrogen compound by 60. 9% ,nitrogen oxygen compound by 70. 6% and carbon monoxide by 86. 3%. By analysis and comparison, the measures improving LPG engine are put forward.
