摘要
《国际商报》去年刊登的外销员统考复习大纲中关于出口战略的表述,未能充分体现中央决策精神。本文认为:现阶段外贸战略的主要精神,已在政府《关于第七个五年计划的报告》和中共十三大报告《关于经济发展战略》中,作了纲领性论述。出口战略的核心,是坚持把不断提高出口产品质量放在首位,以质取胜。我们应当统一认识,共同为之奋斗。
The journal "International Business" publish(?)d an article last year entitled "An Examination Outline for Foreign Trade Salespersons", in which the Interpretation of the export strategy of China was not exact enough to incarnate the spirit of the strategic decision of the Central Government.This paper asserts that since the essential spirit of the foreign trade strategy in the present period has been expounded in "Report on the Seventh Five-Year Plan" by the Government and "On the Economic Development Strategy" bY the CCCP in its "Report to the Thirteenth Plenary Session", the core of export strategy is to continuously persist on giving priorities to the quality of exports, and through quality to achieve a higher level of the country's exports. Therefore, we should share the same ground and collaborate together to effect its goal.
