小鱼眼草挥发油化学成分及抑菌活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究小鱼眼草挥发油的化学成分,并探讨其抑菌活性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,气相色谱一质谱联用技术进行挥发油化学组分分析;打孔法进行抑菌活性实验。结果:小鱼眼草挥发油提取率为0.5%,主要成分为α,α.4-三甲基-环已-3-烯-1-甲醇(3-Cyclohexen-1-methanol,α,α.4-trimethyl-),占6.66%,其次为苯甲醛(Benzalde-hyde),占5.68%;α-杜松醇(α-Cadinol),占4.33%。抑菌实验中,小鱼眼草挥发油对多种菌株均有抑菌效果。结论:小鱼眼草挥发油主要成分为萜类,其挥发油具有广谱抗菌作用。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of essential oils from the dichrocephala benthamii clarke and discuss their antibacterial activity. Methods The volatile oils were obtained by steam distillation. The chemical compositions were analyzed by GC-MS and antibacterial activity was tested by strike hollow method. Results The extract ratio of volatile oils from the dichrocephala benthamii clarke was 0. 5%. in which 3-Cyclohexen-1-methanol, α, α. 4-trimethyl (6.66%), Benzaldehyde (5.68%) and α- Cadinol (4.33%) ) were the main constituents. The volatile oils had strong inhibition to all bacterial species in our experiments. Conclusion Terpenes are the major chemical constituents in the oils from the dichrocephala benthamii clarke. It was also observed that volatile oils showed strong antibacterial activity.
