介绍黄磷的性质及其包装和运输种类,分析产生黄磷运输事故的违章操作、包装质量等主要原因,提出提高认识、建立并完善管理制度,加强业务培训,提高存储、运输设备的可靠性和包装质量,以及重视事故预防和应急救援等安全保障措施,并对未来黄磷的生产和运输发展趋势进行了探讨。

This paper introduces the character of yellow phosphorus and its packing and transportation,analyzes the reasons for operation against rules and packing quality which result in accidents of yellow phosphorus transportation.It also poses measures of enhancing understanding,establishing a consummate system,strengthening study and business training,improving the reliability of storage and transportation facilities and packing quality,as well as attaching importance to the measures of accident prevention and emergency rescue.The development tendency of yellow phosphorus production and transportation in the future is studied as well.
