摘要
对于基于分组二进制卷积编码(Packet Binary Convolutional Coding)传输方式的无线局域网系统而言,其接收机通常采用减状态均衡算法来对抗非理想信道特性的影响。此类均衡器只有在整个系统满足最小相位条件时才能获得较好的性能。通过在均衡器之前插入一定的预滤波器,即可将信道脉冲响应变换为相应的最小相位形式。本文介绍了该预滤波器的原理,并给出了其设计方法。计算机仿真结果表明,在接收端结合使用该预滤波器与减状态均衡算法,可以在各种信道条件下获得稳健的接收性能。
In WLAN systems that adopt Packet Binary Convoimional Coding (PBCC) modulation, reduced-state equalization algorithms are generally used to resist the impact of non ideal channel characteristics. Such equalizers have high performance, only if the overall discrete time system to be equalized is minimum phase. A pre-filter is generally inserted before the equalizer to transform the chan- nel impulse response into its minimum phase equivalent. The principle of the pre-filter is described and the design method is given. Computer simulation results indicate that robust receiver performance can be obtained when the pre-filter and reduced-state equalizer are used together.
