钢引桥的桥面系与下纵向联接系的刚度比较 被引量:2

摘要 对码头工程中用于皮带机、管线和人行通道支撑结构的长24、30、36、42、48m,宽4m的钢引桥桥面系的有面板和无面板两种结构类型的结构刚度,与下纵向联结系(下称纵平联)的一种典型结构布置型式的结构刚度进行了计算比较,结果表明:1.满铺钢面板的桥面系的横向结构刚度比纵平联的横向结构刚度大2.488~5.073倍,纵向刚度大2.172~4.101倍;2.未铺钢面板的桥面系比纵平联的横向刚度小30.29~45.13倍,纵向刚度小14.12~22.59倍;3.无面板桥面系与有面板桥面系比较:横向刚度只有其1.32%~0.44%,纵向刚度只有其3.26%~1.08%;4.无论是纵平联、满铺钢面板的桥面系,还是只有纵、横梁而无面板的桥面系,其在桥面平面内的可能的外荷载下的位移和应力对结构使用均无大影响。 The structural rigidities of two structural types of bridge surface structures (with surface plate and without surface plate) of steel approach bridge which are with the length of 24m, 30m, 36m, 42m or 48m and the width of 4m, and applied in the supporting structures of belt conveyer, pipe line and pedestrian passageway and the structural rigidity of a typical structural arrangement type of longitudinal connection structure are calculated and compared. The result shows that: 1. The transverse structural rigidity of bridge surface structure fully paved with steel surface plate (simply as “A”) is 2.488~5.073 times larger than that of longitudinal connection structure (simply as “B”), and the longitudinal rigidity of A is 2.172~4.101 times larger than that of B; 2. The transverse rigidity of bridge surface structure without steel surface plate (simply as “ A'”) is 30.29~45.13 times smaller than that of B, and the longitudinal rigidity of A' is 14.12~22.59 times smaller than that of B; 3. Comparing bridge surface structure without surface plate (A')and bridge surface structure with surface plate (A): The transverse rigidity of A' is only 1.32% ~ 0.44% of that of A , and the longitudunal rigidity of A' is only 3.26% ~ 1.08% of that of A; 4. For longitudinal connection structure, bridge surface structure fully paved with steel bridge surface and bridge surface structure without surface plate but with longitudinal & transverse beams, the possible diplacement and stress under external forces at the plane of bridge surface have little influence on the structures, thus may be neglected in design.
