摘要
近年来为了克服直接操作自由曲面的困难,提出了几种自由变形方法.尽管这些方法改善了设计的流程,但是这些方法均缺乏交互性.本文结合简单的三维绘制技术和外力约束方法提出了一种基于样条曲线驱动的自由变形方法.用户可以通过设置边界曲线控制变形的范围,通过设置目标样条曲线来设置变形的形状.最后,用实验原型系统实现了本算法.
Different methods for free deformation have been developed in the recent years to overcome difficulties in direct manipulation of surfaces. Even if these approaches are real improvements in the design workflow, all of these methods lack interaction. The authors present a novel based on spline - driven free - form deformation method which adopts a simple 3D sketching technique and external- force constrain. Users can decide the regionto be deformed with bounding curve and decide the resultant surface with target curve. Finally the proposed method is implemented within a prototype system.
