浅谈石油企业国际人力资源管理与开发 被引量:1

摘要 深入分析了石油企业在推行人才国际化、雇员当地化这一用工模式过程中,面临管理对象的国际性、项目所在国政治、经济、法律以及文化等因素对人力资源管理的挑战。针对国际项目需求的人才引进和人才选拔及科学合理的配备使用人才和加强技术管理人才开发等3方面,提出了切实可行的对策。旨在探索出一条国际人力资源管理与开发的新路子,为做强做大国际项目提供智力支持。
