摘要
混凝土保护层孔隙水饱和度是混凝土结构钢筋腐蚀寿命预测模型的关键参数。实验室环境条件下建立的空气相对湿度RH与混凝土孔隙水饱和度之间的关系RH^Sat曲线不适于直接描述混凝土孔隙水饱和度。通过对7组不同厚度砂浆试件做154 d孔隙水饱和度测量,试验建立自然环境条件下混凝土保护层孔隙水饱和度分布曲线。并应用于预测钢筋锈蚀速度,钢筋腐蚀速度预测值与试验实测结果符合良好。
Saturation degree of capillary pores in concrete is correlated with the service life of existing structures. Correlation between relative humidity and degree of capillary saturation derived in the laboratory is not suitable to the service life prediction. In this paper experiments were designed to analyze the degree of capillary saturation of seven groups concrete samples during 154 days. Moisture distribution was used to prediction corrosion of reinforcement, which was in good agreement with experimental results.
