摘要
研究高纯氧化锂的制备方法,即采用由氢氧化锂直接加热制备氧化锂和通过制得过氧化锂再生成氧化锂两种工艺.借助化学分析测定所得氧化锂中所含CO32-的量.讨论物质的DTA、TG及DTG与温度的变化关系,并通过差热分析研究产物的形成过程.结果表明:在氮气保护下,随着温度的升高,产物中碳酸根的量先增加,当氧化锂产生时,碳酸根的量降低,可达到工业上所要求的含量标准.
Two methods of synthesizing Lithia: heating up Lithium hydroxide directly, lithium hydroxide is made to Lithium peroxide which is decomposed to Lithia, have been discussed. The content of the carbonate in Lithia was measured by chemical analysis. Through analyzing the process of forming Lithia and the relations of DTA, TG, DTG with temperature, the results show that the content of the carbonate in Lithia under the protection of nitrogen increases with increase of temperature but is reduced when Lithia is formed. The produce fits for the industry standard of Lithia.
