良好的社会公德及公德意识是我国公民道德建设所必须的。而对"公"的认识不同,价值选择不同,对公德意识的形成和历史发展进程都会产生巨大的影响。从"公"的观念的发展变化,以及公德意识随着"公"的观念的变迁而逐渐变化,以适应时代发展要求的角度,具体分析了现代公德意识的的建构何以可能。

Good social ethics and the sense of social morality is a major task for our improving civic morality. The sense of social morality＇ s form and history course will be engendered tremendous influence if the cognition of public and value choice is different. This article analyzes the variance of public notion, concludes that the sense of social morality will change with the public notion to adapt to the current development requirements continuously and tells why the modem social morality could be built.
