摘要
目的比较环氧化酶-2和生存素在不同喉腔病变组织中的表达活性,分析其与喉癌发生发展过程的病理关系。方法27例喉鳞状细胞癌、22例喉角化症、12例声带息肉病变组织标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测其中COX-2和Survivin蛋白表达活性,分析不同指标检测结果与喉癌发生发展过程的病理相关性。结果喉癌Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、喉癌Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、喉角化症、声带息肉组织的COX-2表达阳性率分别为63.6%、43.8%、22.7%、0%,P<0.01;Survivin的表达阳性率分别为72.7%、68.8%、68.1%、8.3%,P<0.01。喉癌原发灶组织标本Survivin的总阳性率为76.8%,与COX-2的表达具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论COX-2和Survivin在喉癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要的交互作用,COX-2的凋亡抑制效应可能通过调控Survivin表达途径而实现。
Objective To investigate the expressive activities of COX-2 and survivin in the tissues of various kinds of laryngeal lesions and their implications in the occurring and developing process of laryngeal cancer based on a clinical pathological study carried out in a group of cases with various laryngeal lesions. Methods The expressive activities of COX-2 and survivin proteins were determined by immunohistochemical SP methods in 27 cases with laryngeal cancer, 22 of laryngeal keratosis and 12 vocal cord polyps. Then, an analysis was made to explore the passable association of different expressive activities of these two indicators in various kinds of laryngeal lesions with the occurring and developing process of laryngeal cancer. Results The positive rates of COX-2 in the tissues of laryngeal cancer at stages Ⅲ to Ⅳ, those at stages Ⅰ to Ⅱ , laryngeal keratosis and vocal cord polyps were 631 6 %, 43.8 96,22.7 96 and 0 % respectively ( P 〈 0.01 ), while the positive rates of survivin in these tissues were 72.7 %, 68.8 %, 68.1% and 8.3 % respectively ( P 〈 0.01 ). The total positive expressing rate of survivin was 76.8 96 in the tissues of primary laryngeal cancerous focus, with a significant correlation with the expressive activity of COX-2 in the pathological process of laryngeal cancer (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions These may be an interactive effect between the over expression of COX-2 and survivin on the occurring and developing process of laryngeal cancer and the inhibitory effect of COX-2 on apoptosis may be offset by up-regulating the expression of survivin.
