中国东北地区具有很大的经济和军事价值,从甲午战争以来一直是日本的主要战略目标。从日本大陆政策的形成、确立到最后的实际武力行动中考察于日本侵华政策的有关问题,可以说日本侵华的政策是蓄谋已久的。

China＇s northeast region with great economic and military value, and from the Sino-Japan War of 1894-1895 had been the main strategic objectives. This paper tries from the Japanese mainland policy formation, the final set and the actual force operation to inspect the problem of policies of the Japanese invasion, showing that the Japanese invasion was the long--premeditated policy.
