芦竹根中双吲哚生物碱的分离鉴定及药效研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分离、鉴定芦竹根中的生物碱,并对其进行药效试验。方法采用柱层析法从国产芦竹根中分离得一种生物碱,用NMR、HR-EIMS、IR和UV等分析方法测定其波谱数据和理化常数,鉴定其化学结构;考察其对2,4-二硝基酚所致大鼠发热和角叉菜致炎大鼠足跖肿胀的作用。结果该化合物为3-(N,N-二甲氨基乙基)-4-(3-甲氨基乙基-吲哚-1-)-5-羟基吲哚(arundamine,芦竹胺),对2,4-二硝基酚致热大鼠有明显解热作用,对角叉菜致炎大鼠足跖肿胀有明显抑制作用。结论芦竹胺系首次从中国芦竹根中分离得到,为芦竹根的有效成分。 OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify alkaloid from rhizome Arundo donax L. and explore its pharmacological effects. METHODS An alkaloid was isolated from Chinese rhizome of Arundo donax L. by column chromatography.^ 1HNMR, ^13 CNMR,HR - EIMS, IR and UV spectrometry were applied to identify its structure. The effects of the alkaloid on the fever rats induced by 2,4 - dinitrophenol and the edema paws of rats induced by carrageen were explored. RESULTS The alkaloid was confirmed to be 3 - ( N, N - dimethylaminoethyl) - 4 - ( 3 - methylamino - ethyl - indole - 1 - yl) - 5 - hydroxyindole ( arundamine), which has an obvious effect on the fever rats and the edema paws of rats. CONCLUSION Arundamine is isolated from Chinese rhizome of Arundo donax L. for the first time. It is one of the active components.
