摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定丁香降气颗粒中的柚皮苷。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18,流动相为乙腈-水(21.1:78.9,磷酸调pH3),检测波长283 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,柱温30℃。结果柚皮苷浓度2.68-100.50μg·ml^-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD=2.41%。结论所建方法准确、重复性好,可用于测定丁香降气颗粒中的柚皮苷。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine naringin in Dingxiang Jiangqi granule. METHODS An HPLC method was established with Kromasil C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile - water( 21.1 : 78.9, pH was adjusted to 3 with phosphoric acid)with the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detective wavelength was 283 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS Within the range of 2.68 - 100.50 μg· ml^ - 1 , there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area of naringin( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 2.41%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, reliable, reproducible and suitable for the determination of naringinin in Dingxiang Jiangqi granules.
