摘要
目的建立测定电解质注射液中磷酸盐的方法。方法分别采用分光光度法和电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定样品中的磷酸盐,比较两种方法的可行性。结果两种方法均能准确快速地测定样品中的磷酸盐。结论电感偶合等离子发射光谱法可代替传统的分光光度法测定磷酸盐,可用于各种磷酸盐的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of phosphate in Electrolyte injection. METHODS The content of phosphate were determined by the inductively coupled plasma - atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP - AES) and Spectrophotography, and the comparing their feasibility. RESULTS Both of the methods can determine the content of phosphate rapidly and accurately. CONCLUSION The inductively coupled plasma - atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP - AES) can determine the content of various kinds of phosphate instead of the traditional spectrophotography for the determination of various kinds of phosphate.
