HPLC测定肿痛消涂膜剂中的欧前胡素

Determination of imperatorin in Zhongtongxiao paint by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法测定肿痛消涂膜剂中的欧前胡素。方法采用Phenomenex luna C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（62：38）,检测波长300 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^-1;柱温30℃。结果欧前胡素进样量0.1089-0.8712μg与峰面积的线形关系良好（r=0.9996）。方法回收率为99.70%,RSD=1.14%（n=5）结论所建方法简便、快速、准确,分离效果好,可用于涂膜剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of imperatorin in Zhongtongxiao paint by HPLC. METHODS An HPLC was adopted with the conditions： Phenomenex luna C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） ; the mobile phase was methanol - water （62 ： 38 ） with column temperature at 30℃ ; the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min ^- 1 and detective wavelength was 300 nm . RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 1089 -0. 8712 p,g （r = 0. 9996）. The average recovery was 99.70% with RSD of 1.14% （ n = 5 ）. CONCLUSION The method is simple , rapid , accurate and suitable for the quality control of Zhongtongxiao paint.
