HPLC测定胃蛋白酶合剂中的橙皮苷

Determination of Aurantia marin in Pepsin mixture by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法测定胃蛋白酶合剂中的橙皮苷。方法色谱柱为C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-冰醋酸-水（9：1：40）;流速1.0 ml·min^-1;检测波长284 nm。结果橙皮浓度2.5-40.0μg·ml^-1与峰面积有良好线性关系（r=0.9997）;平均回收率为100.9%（RSD=1.6%）。结论所建方法操作简便,稳定可靠,可用于测定胃蛋白酶合剂中的橙皮苷。

OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was established for determination of aurantia marin in Pepsin mixture. METHODS The analysis was performed with a C18 column, acetonitrile- glacial acetic acid -water（9 ： 1 ： 40） as mobile phase, detective wave length was 284 nm, and flow rate was set at 1 ml·min^-1. RESULTS The average recovery of aurantia marin were 100.9 with RSD of 1.6%. The linear ranges were within 2.5 - 40.0 μg· ml^ - 1 （ r = 0.9997 ）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determination of aurantia marin in Pepsin mixture.
