摘要
以α-吡咯烷酮和氯乙酸甲酯为原料，经缩合、氨解反应合成吡乙酰胺。并应用正交设计和均匀设计试验优化反应条件，总收率达66％。
2-pyrolidone and methyl chlotoacetate were used as starting materials via twosteps: condensation and ammonolysis to yield pyracetam. The total yield of pyracetam is 66%.Orthogonal design and Uniform design were used in the synthesis.
