近年来,随着高校图书馆事业的迅速发展,参与图书馆管理工作的勤工助学学生人数在不断增加。结合工作实践探讨了大学生参与图书馆管理工作的现实作用以及对管理工作的一些理性思考。

Recently, with rapid development of operation in university＇s library, the number of students who take part in the management of library is increasing continuously.This paper discusses the realistic function of the number of students who take part in the management of library and some realizations in strengthen the work.
