单纯疱疹病毒疫苗研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 单纯疱疹病毒(Herpessimplexvirus,HSV)的感染普遍存在,不但造成原发感染,还可造成潜伏感染和复发感染。尽管抗病毒治疗是有效的,但HSV感染仍是全世界重要公共卫生问题之一。HSV疫苗使控制及限制HSV传播成为可能。近20年来对HSV疫苗的研究进展迅速,文章中讨论这些疫苗的特点及其研究进展。
