冻融胚胎移植69例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨冻融胚胎移植的临床应用,提高体外受精-胚胎移植累积妊娠率。方法采用慢速冷冻、快速解冻的方法对69个体外受精-胚胎移植周期的剩余胚胎进行冷冻复苏。分为2组,其中一组进行激光辅助孵化。对比2组移植情况。结果在69个冷冻复苏周期中,共复苏281个胚胎,成活171个胚胎,复苏率60.9%;复苏后移植66个周期,临床妊娠率27.3%(18/66),种植率16.0%(24/150)。激光辅助孵化组妊娠率35.5%(11/31),种植率20.5%(15/73);对照组(未行激光辅助孵化)妊娠率20.0%(7/35),种植率11.7%(9/77)。目前已分娩14个健康新生儿,1例流产,另有5例在妊娠随访中。结论冻融胚胎移植提高了体外受精-胚胎移植单次取卵周期的累积妊娠率,激光辅助孵化可以改善冻融胚胎移植的妊娠率和种植率。
