白内障摘除术中晶状体后囊膜破裂的临床研究

Clinical study of posterior capsular rupture in cataract extraction

目的探讨白内障摘除术中晶状体后囊膜破裂的原因和处理方法。方法对接受白内障摘除术的1 262例患者（1 272眼）的临床资料进行统计分析。结果1 272眼中发生后囊膜破裂159眼（占12.50%）。159眼术后随访1-12个月,视力≥0.8者16眼,0.5-0.7者76眼,0.3-0.4者38眼,0.1者20眼,〈0.05者9眼。结论晶状体后囊膜破裂可以出现在白内障摘除术中的每一步骤。重视预防,及时发现及正确处理,一期植入人工晶状体仍可获得较好视力。

Objective To discuss the causes and management of posterior capsular rupture during cataract extraction. Methods The clinical data of 1 262 cataract patients （ 1 272 eyes） having undergone cataract extractionwere reviewed. Results Posterior capsular rupture occurred in 159 eyes, with an incidence of 12.5%. The 1 - 12 - month follow - up revealed that the vision was 0.8 in 16 eyes, 0.5 - 0.7 in 76 eyes, 0.3 - 0i 4 in 38 eyes, 0.1 in 20 eyes and 〈 0.05 in 9 eyes. Conclusion Posterior capsular rupture can happen at any step of the extraction procedure, and its prevention can not be overemphasized. However, acceptable vision can still be obtained after artificial lens transplantation, if the condition is early recognized and the managements are adequate.
