椿皮生药学研究

Pharmacognostical study of Chunpi

目的:为椿皮的品质评价提供科学依据。方法:按生药学常规方法对臭椿皮与香椿皮进行对比研究。结果:找出了臭椿皮与香椿皮在药材性状、显微特征和薄层色谱上的主要区别。结论:此研究不仅可作为鉴别臭椿皮与香椿皮的依据,而且为椿皮的品质评价研究打下了基础。

Objective： To provide the scientific foundation on the quality assessment of Chunpi. Methods： Using Pharmacognostical method to observe and compare the characters of Cortex ailanthi and Cortex toonae sinensis. Results： The chief differences in morphological characters, microscopic characters and Thin layer chromatography between Cortex ailanthi and Cortex toonae sinensis have been found. Conclusion： The study not only can used to identify Cortex ailanthi and Cortex toonae sinensis and but also is the basis of quality assessment of Chunpi.
