POC （Push-to-Talk Over Cellular） is a service of the third generation mobile communication systems based on the IMS （IP Multimedia Subsystem） domain. The PTT （Push To Talk） service achieves in a cellular mobile communication network. PTT is a half-duplex operations. In addition to point-to-point user sessions, user also scheduled for iustice, chatting groups or temporary conversation. In speech applications, it generally needs to press specific keys but answers without any action. This paper introduces the POC architecture and accounting structure, making a presentation on the POC service architecture of all network elements and their functions in detail, putting the emphasis on the POC service accounting structure of the functional unit and its associated interface, explaining the CDR the process flow, and the CDR document transmission format and a charges category.
