Analysis of karst seepage for Bameng reservoir

广西岜蒙水库地处岩溶谷地,出露的石炭系(C)地层为浅海相沉积,属碳酸盐岩沉积建造类型,岩溶水文地质条件复杂,针对主坝及库区左岸的岩溶渗漏问题,开展了大量的地质调查和勘探工作,从岩溶水系统的分析与研究着手,基本掌握了库区岩溶的发育规律,查清了库坝区岩溶渗漏问题,对水库防渗提出处理建议。

The Bameng reservoir of Guangxi is located in a karst valley with complex karst hydro-geological con- ditions. Outcropping carboniferous system strata are neritic deposit of carbonate rock deposit structure type. In view of the karst seepage problems seen at main dam and left bank of reservoir area, based on a great deal of geo- logical investigation and prospecting work, the karst water system was analyzed and studied, the karat develop- ment pattern in reservoir area was basically demonstrated, the seepage problems of reservoir area and dam area were identified, and anti-seepage measures were suggested for the reservoir.
