沙沙坡水电站溢流堰面抗冲磨混凝土施工

摘要 堰面混凝土施工为溢流坝混凝土施工难点部位之一,容易产生麻面、错台、变形、露筋及裂缝等混凝土质量通病。沙沙坡水电站工程溢流堰面抗冲磨混凝土施工采用特制的堰面轻型桁架,使模板安拆与混凝土浇筑平行作业,并通过优化施工方案加快施工进度,防止骨料入仓分离,加强混凝土表面抹光修整工艺,使溢流堰面抗冲磨混凝土施工质量优良。 As one of the difficult positions for overflow dam concrete construction, the weir surface has often seen the common quality defects of concrete such as ballast-surface, staggered bench, deformation, steel reinforcement exposure and crack etc. During the scour- and abrasion-resisting concrete construction for the overflow weir surface of Shasbapo hydropower plant, special light truss was applied to make formwork erection or dismantling can be conducted in parallel with the concrete grouting. The construction program was optimized to accelerate construction progress and prevent aggregate placing separation. The troweling technique was also improved to further ensure the construction quality.
