摘要
分析万家寨水电站原压力钢管伸缩节采用套筒式结构的特点及存在的问题,把其改造成双层波壳体的亚刚体结构后,经1年多的运行实践证明:它具有不漏水,位移补偿量大,免维护等优点;指出双层波壳体的亚刚体结构可应用于中、高水头电站伸缩节的改造。
An analysis was made on the characteristics and the existing defects of the telescopic expansion joint which was originally used for the penstock of Wanjiazhai Hydraulic Power Station and later was transformed into a sub-rigid body structure consisting of double-layer waved shells. More than one year of operation after the transformation has proved the advantages of the new structure. It is maintenance free and leakage free with high displacement compensation. The sub-rigid body structure of double-layer waved shells can be utilized for the expansion joint transformation of mid- and high-water head hydropower stations.
