摘要
研究了固体质量分数为68%-70%,单体组成为丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/α-甲基丙烯酸(BA/MMA/MAA=30/69/1)的共聚物乳液,探讨了聚合反应温度、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、电解质等外部条件对聚合反应和乳液粘度、贮存稳定性的影响规律.结果表明:当聚合反应温度为83±1℃,乳化剂、引发剂、NH4HCO3用量分别为单体总量的2.60%-3.90%;0.18%-0.27%和0.18%-0.27%时,所制备乳液的综合性能较好,为适宜合成条件.
The synthetic conditions for preparing high solid content (68%-70% by weight) copolymer emulsions with monomer composition of butyl acrylate / methyl methacrylate / methacrylic acid ( BA/MMA/MAA = 30/69/1 ) are studied. The rules for the influence of reaction temperature, emulsifier, initiator and electrolyte on the viscosity and storage stability of emulsion products are discussed. The results show that the optimal reaction temperature is at ( 83 ±1 ) ℃, and the content of emulsifier should he within 21 60%-3.90% of the total amount of monomers, the content of initiator within 0. 18%-0. 27% and the content of electrolyte (NH4HCO3 ) within 0. 18%-0. 27%. Under these synthetic conditions, the prepared emulsion products have better performante.
