摘要 结合南水北调东线某泵站钟形进水流道的设计,设计和制作了3种不同形状吸水室模型流道并进行水工试验,测试了流道水力损失。采用雷诺时均N-S方程和RNG湍流模型,运用SIMPLER算法,在均匀入流与偏移入流两种进水条件下对各种吸水室流道内流场进行了三维湍流数值模拟。试验和数值分析结果表明:采用"ω"形后壁吸水室钟形进水流道在不同进水条件下均具有良好的水力性能,水力损失小,流道出口断面速度加权平均入流角接近90°,是钟形进水流道理想的吸水室形状。 In combination with the design of campaniform inlet duct in a certain pumping station of the East Line of South-to-North Water Transfer Project( SNWTP), three different shape suction chamber hydraulic models and experimet apparatus were d suction chamber's shape, on the condition of esigned for testing on hydraulic loss. Considering different well-distributed flow and offset flow, the Reynolds timeaveraged Navier-Stokes equations with RNG turbulent model and SIMPLER algorithm were studied to simulate the three-dimensional internal flow of the inlet duct. The conclusion is that the "to" shape suction champer has excellent hydraulic characteristic in different inlet flow conditions. Its hydraulic loss is small and velocity-averaged streamline angles on special cross sections are approximately 90~. It is for an idealshape suction chamber of campaniform inlet duct.
