摘要
目的:通过本研究找出电脑屏幕的放置位置与电脑视力综合征发生的关系。方法:测量100人远距隐斜值,分成五组A,B,C,D,E各20人,分别在五种不同的电脑屏幕放置位置情况下注视电脑屏幕1h,之后,立即用Maddox杆及旋转棱镜法测量其隐斜值,并报告视疲劳程度。结果:A,B,C,D,E五组视觉疲劳值(相应的疲劳指数乘以相应的人数,再进行累加)分别是81,65,50,64,24。五组的视疲劳值与隐斜前后变化大小有正相关性(r=0.946)。结论:电脑屏幕的低放置位置及其后倾斜可以有效减轻眼疲劳;如果环境眩光难以控制,可以考虑尽量减小电脑屏幕的后倾斜角。
AIM:To investigate the relation between position of video display terminal(VDT) and computer vision syndrome. METHODS:The values of 100 subjects were measured in distance,and then 100 subjects were divided into 5 groups:A,B,C,D,E,20 in each group.These subjects watched the VDT playing game for 1 hour under 5 diffe-rent positions of VDT.Afterwards,their phoria values were measured immediately and the visual fatigue was recorded in report. RESULTS:The visual fatigue of A,B,C,D,E was 81,65,50,64,24 respectively.Visual fatigue was significantly correlated with phoria change(r=0.946). CONCLUSION:The position of low & backwards-tilted VDT contributes to the alleviation of visual fatigue;the angle of backwards-tilted VDT was reduced if the light of environment was hard to control.
