摘要
准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后经过一段时间的修复、愈合,角膜恢复其结构上的完整性,但愈合后的角膜遇到外力时,仍可发生角膜瓣移位,给患者的视力带来一定的影响。本文对近10a来国内、外有关LASIK术后外伤性角膜瓣移位病例的发生率、外伤方式、临床特点、处理方法及愈合机制等方面作一综述。
After laserin situ keratomileusis（LASIK） the cornea restores its integrity in construction through a period of repair,but when the cornea suffers trauma,the corneal flap may be displaced,resulting in certain influence to the visual acuity.This paper reviewed domestic and foreign cases of traumatic corneal flap displacement after LASIK in the past ten years,including incidence,traumatic form,clinical characteristics,treatment approach,healing mechanism and so on.
