摘要
目的:探讨Ahmed青光眼阀包裹切除术+结膜瓣下羊膜移植治疗难治性青光眼的有效性和安全性。方法:对28例Ahmed青光眼阀植入术后引流盘包裹致眼压升高的患者行包裹切除术+结膜瓣下羊膜移植术,并将剪除的机化膜送病检。结果:术后1mo平均眼压15.4mmHg,术后3mo平均眼压18.6mmHg,远期成功率为83%。结论:Ahmed青光眼阀包裹切除联合结膜瓣下羊膜移植及丝裂霉素应用可提高难治性青光眼手术的成功率和安全性。
AIM：To explore the effectiveness and safety of Ahmed glaucoma valve parcels resection combined with amniotic membrane transplantation under conjunctival flap in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. METHODS：Ahmed glaucoma valve parcels resection combined with amniotic membrane transplantation under conjunctival flap was done on 28 eyes with ascended intraocular pressure（IOP） caused by drainage parcels after Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation.The resected film underwent laboratory examinations. RESULTS：The mean postoperative IOP was 15.4mmHg after one month and rise to 18.6mmHg three months later with the success rate of 83%. CONCLUSION：Ahmed glaucoma valve parcels resection plus amniotic membrane transplantation under conjunctival flap and application of mitomycin was effective and safe,which can be used to improve the success rate of refractory glaucoma surgeries.
