摘要 目的:观察分期人自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗中重度眼部碱烧伤的临床效果。方法:对32眼中重度眼部碱烧伤早期进行自体角膜缘干细胞移植,随访观察2~18mo,如果未完全重建眼表面,可重复取角膜缘结膜组织(避开已手术区),进行角膜缘干细胞Ⅱ期,Ⅲ期移植。结果:32眼中,31眼眼表重建成功,29眼角膜透明,3眼角膜半透明,3眼发生轻度睑球粘连。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗中重度眼部碱烧伤。对于重建眼表面,提高视功能,早期分期移植应用疗效较好。 AIM:To observe clinical effects of corneal limbus stem cell autograft in treating moderate-severe ocular alkaline burn by stages. METHODS:A total of 32 eyes in patients who had early moderate-severe ocular alkaline burn were treated with corneal limbus stem cell autograft by stages.The follow-up period lasted 2 to 18 months.If the ocular surface was reconstructed incompletely,then corneal limbus stem cells at stage Ⅱ or Ⅲ were transplanted. RESULTS:Among 32 eyes,the epithelia of 31 eyes healed with stabitity and had no neovascularization;there was corneal transparency in 29 eyes,corneal semi-transparency in 3 eyes,and slight symblepharon in 3 eyes. CONCLUSION:Corneal limbus stem cell autograft has achieved good effects in treating moderate-severe ocular alkaline burn with respect to reconstructing ocular surface,improving function,and transplanting by stages in early period.
