ABO简易配型在异体巩膜移植眼睑修补手术中的应用

Study on applying ABO simple matching technique in allograft of sclera

目的:阐述ABO简易配型技术在异体巩膜移植手术治疗眼睑缺损中应用的意义。方法:选择两组患者,一组进行ABO简易配型,另一组不进行ABO简易配型,对两组患者实施异体巩膜移植术,对术后数据统计、分析。结果:配型组术后发生免疫排斥反应的时间及发生免疫排斥反应后愈合的时间少于非配型组。结论:ABO简易配型技术在异体巩膜移植手术中有广泛的推广价值。

AIM：To investigate the practical value of ABO simple matching technique in allograft of sclera. METHODS：Two groups were selected at random,one of which was conducted by ABO simple matching technique and the other not.All of the data of the two groups were analyzed. RESULTS：As for occurrence of immune rejection,there exists statistically significant difference between two groups.The immune rejection time of the group which was applied simple match technique was 80 days in average,while it was 30 days in the control group.The reco-very time of the matching aroup was less than that of the control. CONCLUSION：It is worth popularizing ABO simple matching technique in the allograft of sclera.
