哈尔滨南部50岁及以上农村人口白内障的调查

Survey of cataract among the people aged 50 years and older in a rural area of Harbin

目的:为探讨白内障的患病情况,对双城市农村50岁及以上人口进行眼病调查。方法:将哈尔滨市南部一个县人口按一定的标准划分成抽样单位,预实验统一标准后对其中的年龄在50岁及以上的人口进行眼部检查,期间两个抽样单位进行一致性检验。结果:白内障患病率为30.22%,白内障双眼致盲率为1.27%,白内障的手术覆盖率为9.28%。结论:白内障是目前50及50岁以上农村人口的主要致盲眼病。

AIM：To estimate the prevalence of cataract,cataract blindness and cataract surgical coverage among individuals aged≥50 years,a survey was performed in a rural area of Harbin. METHODS：Cluster sampling was used to select the samples according to a determinate standard（aged≥50 years） for the people living in the rural area of Shuangcheng City.When we had completed the pilot study to unify the standard,the subjects had clinical examination conducted.To guarantee the quality,consistency checkings were performed in two of the clusters in the course successively. RESULTS：The prevalence of cataract and bilateral blindness was 30.22% and 1.27%,respectively.The cataract surgical coverage was 9.28%. CONCLUSION：Cataract is the main treatable disease leading to the blindness for the people aged 50 years and older living in rural area.Measures should be taken to further decrease the surgical cost and to offer the acceptable cataract surgical services.
