吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗混合痔临床观察

Clinical study on PPH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in 20 cases

目的观察吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法40例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组使用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术,对照组使用外剥内扎术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血、尿潴留、术后出血、住院时间、术后疼痛时间、肛门水肿及肛门坠胀等并发症发生情况。结果两组手术时间分别为15min、65min,术中出血20ml、50ml,住院时间3d、7d,术后疼痛时间1d、6d,肛门水肿1例、6例,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吻合器痔切除术安全、有效,住院时间短,恢复快,是治疗混合痔疗效优越的一种微创手术。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A retrospective study was made on 20 cases with Ⅲ or Ⅳstage mixed hemorrhoids of those who received PPH. Results The treatment group had shorter operation time（15min） compared with control（65min）,shorter hospital stay and less postoperative complications compared with the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids is safe and effective in treating severe hemorrhoid with short hospital stay and rapid recovery.
