腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿63例临床观察

Laparoscopy in treatment of renal cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法采用经腹腔和经腹膜后径路两种径路腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿63例,经腹腔途径28例,经腹膜后腔途径35例。结果手术成功率98.41%,平均手术时间为60min,无一例发生并发症,术后随访未见囊肿复发。结论腹腔镜技术治疗肾囊肿具有创伤小、恢复快、住院期短等优点,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopy in treatment of renal cysts. Methods Twentyeight and thlrty-five patients with renal cysts were performed with transperitoneal and retroperitond laparoscopy,respectively. Results A total of 62 patients were treated successfully,the average operation time was 60 minutes, no complications presented, and there was no recurrence in follow-up. Conclusion Laparoscopy survey had the advantages of less trauma and fewer complications and rapid recovery in treatment of renal cysts, which was suggested for clinical applications.
