颅内血管内成形术后再狭窄的研究现状

摘要 缺血性脑血管病是神经科最常见的疾病,约40%的患者是血管狭窄引起的血流低灌注所致,内科保守治疗常常难以取得满意的疗效。颅内血管成形术已成为低灌注性缺血性颅内脑血管病可供选择的治疗手段之一。但颅内血管内成形术后扩张部位再狭窄甚至闭塞仍然时有发生,并成为影响远期效果的主要因素。Kirsch等报道支架置入术后再狭窄率为4%。大量的基础和临床研究表明,多种因素参与了成形术后再狭窄的形成。但确切机制尚未完全明了。
